Therapy is not always an easy journey. It may require you to face dark times and face up to the, sometimes, ugly truth about yourself. It can be daunting and you are not always comfortable opening up, but I can honestly say, that Jacqueline and BWRT have restored my faith after a few mismatched therapists and therapies.
Jacqueline is very personable, she doesn't judge, is a great listener and most importantly to me she doesn't interrupt and/or try to guide you. She let me be myself which made me feel secure to open up and talk about whatever I wanted to share as you don't always feel the same in every session.
Jacqueline is easy to talk to, non judgemental and makes you feel that what you are talking about is important.

I am just taking the time to write to say what a pleasure it has been to deal with Jacqueline and experience B.W.R.T. She has always been so professional and caring. It was so nice to be talked to and not at.
Having worked with the general public in the past I know how quick they are to complain, but rarely think to take time to mention good experiences. I wanted to put that right. I have nothing but the utmost praise for the way she does her job.
I consulted Jacqueline on issues that have bothered me for several years. I did not expect the amazing results I achieved, thanks to the process of BWRT and the guidance of Jacqueline.
She is easy to speak to and has a relaxed and non-judgmental manner, and I highly recommend her and BWRT.
Jacqueline is very easy to talk to and I felt listened to.
