What it is and how it works

BroadBand for the Brain® is a methodology for working effectively with the autonomic nervous system.  It is based on the premise that we all have enough in the way of resources and mind power to heal our bodies and resolve many psychological issues if only we knew how.

BroadBand for the Brain® is designed to produce change in the physical state.

We all have spare brain capacity and it is well-known that for most of our waking life, we are not actually using anything like the amount of physical and psychological power that is actually available to us.

The human mind and body has an amazing capacity for massively increased strength and concentration under the right circumstances, these are usually involuntary situations in which we automatically activate ‘reserve’ neural pathways that increase the speed and intensity of the brain/body connection.  This explains why, in an emergency, we can produce strength, speed and stamina we did not know we possessed, if our life or that of someone we love is in danger, our body goes into hyper-drive to provide us with the strength and skills we need for survival.

This is why people who have survived extreme physical danger will often say ‘I didn’t know I had the strength’, ‘I don’t know how I did that’, ‘it was as if time slowed down’.  Actually time doesn’t slow down, our mind speeds up and all our attention and resources are focussed on the action needed to ensure survival.

BroadBand for the Brain® is a methodology by which we learn how to voluntarily access this reserve and retune the way our brain and body connection works.

BroadBand for the Brain® allows us to choose to access that ‘spare’ energy and resource that is there for the taking by reprogramming the autonomic nervous system.
